Can I use the INTERO App on my Android device?

The Intero app is compatible with Android and iOS devices.

Which fitness machines are compatible with the Intero App?

Intero app is compatible with the rowing erg, skierg and bikerg of Concept2 machines. We are developing sensors to make the apps compatible with other machines.

How do I change my membership?

If you became a member through the iTunes app store (using the app), but you would like to change your membership, we can certainly make the switch. Please email us.

Do I need an Internet connection to use the app?

You just need internet to download the app, then enjoy the experience!

What equipment do I need to start?

A Concept2 erg machine, a smartphone, Intero app(s), and an athletic VR headset if you want extra immersion.

Does Bluetooth work with the app?

Yes!

How do I cancel / suspend my account?

Your membership will auto-renew every month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel, your progress will be saved so that you can come back at any point.
